Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Shipping
We ship orders out within a few business days. We offer free standard shipping within the US on order over $99.
We currently ship only to the US. We're still working on ways to ship to more countries and hopefully, we’ll be able to soon.
General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 7 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and The Pet Runway does not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item, email support@thepetrunway.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
